We have our most common requests above, but we also offer so much more. Below you will find our additional marketing solutions that can be added with any photo package. If you don't see what you are looking for, let us know, we just might have an answer.
Aerial/Drone photography
We fly a DJI Phantom 4, and capture your space at just the right angles to provide depth and dimension to the property. Call for details.
Video
We will film the interior and fly our drone to film the exterior, and deliver 60 Seconds of video to show off the property highlights. This will include a 10 second intro/outro plus a soundtrack. We can create longer videos to add lifestyle features and community amenities as well. Call for quote.
Twilight Photography
Let's light up the night, and your property, for a little twilight magic.
Schematic Floor Plan
When you order a Matterport 3D scan, we can create a schematic floor plan with measurements and call outs.

Exterior Photos
Perfect for "Coming Soon" while you are getting the inside of a home staged. Also great for when you have a listing that is going live in the winter, but you have plenty of lead time.
Trip Charge - 50¢ per mile
We are often asked where we will travel to. Our answer is always the same. If you list it, we will go there and shoot it. That being said, our package pricing is for travel within 30 miles of our office in Hurst, TX. Anything beyond that incurs a trip fee as stated, based on round trip total miles.
Additional Terms
At Epic Foto Group, we understand the value of your time, and hope that you understand the value of our time. Therefore, we would like to share our policies with you up front, as to avoid any miscommunication and/or issues.
Any scheduled shoot that is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment will be assessed a fee of $75.
Your privacy is important to us, and we will never sell or give your information to anyone that has nothing to do with our business relationship.
We are photographers, not weathermen. Whatever the weather conditions, we can still shoot the interior of the home. In the event of unfavorable weather and we are unable to shoot the exterior, we will return at our earliest convenience and shoot the exterior. In these conditions, there will be no additional charge.
Again, we are photographers, not furniture movers or stagers. While we may move remotes, cables or cords, straighten a rug, etc., we will not rearrange a room or clear it of debris.
We handle all services from shoot to delivery in house. Our expectation of turnaround time on a shoot is to have them available for you by the end of the next business day.
Epic Foto Group retains all copyright and ownership of the photos and video that it produces. We provide a limited use license for the purpose of marketing and selling the property that was photographed.
If we have to reschedule a shoot for any unexpected reason once we are on site, there will be a fee of $75 assessed for the second trip.
We will never ask you to pay for work we have not done, so payment is due once the photos are processed and ready for delivery. Once payment is received by Epic Foto Group, the package contents will be delivered.
